Dr. Ann Hudock joined the mOppenheim’s Nonprofit Report with fellow guest panelists Thomas Tighe, president and CEO of Direct Relief, and Peter Greer, president and CEO of HOPE International, to discuss building resilience in low-income countries. Hudock defined three principles for accountability in global development:

1. Trust-based relationships, which are key to ensuring resources go where they are needed.
2. Cultural understanding of priorities, needs, and how they may differ between the donor and the various parties involved.
3. Clarity around the absolutes.
